本文结合长距离运输混凝土施工的实际情况,提出在保持配合比不变(即不增加原材料用量)的情况下,减水剂和拌合水部分后加,将大大改善混凝土到达工作现场的流动性,延长混凝土保坍时间,在保证混凝土质量的前提下较大程度改善其工作性能,确保经济效益与社会效益。

Based on the practical situation of long distance transportation of concrete in construction, this article puts forward that late addition of water reducer and mixing water while keeping the mixing ratio unchanged (i.e., no increase in dosage of raw materials) can greatly improve the concrete liquidity when arriving at the site and extend the collapse control time of concrete. This finding can improve the work performance of concrete largely while keeping the quality, to ensure economic and social benefits.
