随着我国经济持续高速发展,近年来社会对生产、管理、服务方面的应用型人才的需求猛增,高职院校的五年一贯制培养模式应运而生。然而这种新型培养模式也使校园中一些现象和问题日益凸显。通过了解高职五年一贯制学生的现状,分析原因,并优化相关的教育管理工作,有利于高职院校与学生的发展。

As China's economy develops fast,the society has shown an increasing demand for the talents in production, management and service in recent years, to which the five-year-training method has been created. However, the new method has also brought some new problems into the campus. By learning the five-year-students' current situation,analyzing the causes,and updating the relevant management work,it's ben-eficial for the development of the colleges and students.
