Incentive mechanism is an important measure of management, making good use of incentive function can correctly stimulate people's working enthusiasm, so the implementation of incentive measures should be fair, transparent and convincing. The purpose of incentive should be people-oriented, and we should lay stress on the timeliness of incentive and the emo-tional effect on the object, so as to promote management. In-centive mechanism needs to be improved continually,it should be aim-oriented and strengthened to some extent, and it should also be implemented in a certain degree of moderation.
