随着全球经济一体化发展，国际物流岗位要求的素养和能力相应提高。目前高职院校的物流专业教育教学并不适应这些要求，培养的毕业生难以满足物流岗位的需要。要紧跟国际物流岗位群需求，逐渐完善物流管理课程体系，改革教学模式，确保所培养的物流管理专业人才能够适应社会的需要。

With the development of global economic integration, the literacy and ability requirements of the international logis-tics post are increased accordingly. The current logistics educa-tion and teaching in higher vocational colleges cannot meet these requirements, and graduates can hardly meet the needs of logistics posts. We should keep up with the demands of inter-national logistics post group, gradually improve the logistics management curriculum system, reform the teaching mode, so as to ensure that the logistics management talents trained are able to adapt to the needs of society.
