目的：调查分析门诊处方抗菌药物使用情况。方法：随机抽取2011年每月16日门诊普通成人处方100张，共1200张，从抗菌药物给药途径、用药频度、使用率、等分析抗菌药物的使用情况。结果：在2011年1200张处方中，平均每张处方用药品种数为2.32种，平均每张处方药费为132.94元，就诊使用抗菌药物处方的百分率为31.08%，就诊使用注射药物处方的百分率为16.5%。每月平均处方用药品种数和平均每张处方药费基本持平，抗菌药物处方使用率和就诊使用注射药物处方的百分率均呈下降的趋势。结论：经过2011年抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后，我院门诊抗菌药物使用情况渐趋合理，但仍存在一定程度的滥用，应强化管理，加强监测和调控，以更好的规范抗菌药物的应用。
목적：조사분석문진처방항균약물사용정황。방법：수궤추취2011년매월16일문진보통성인처방100장，공1200장，종항균약물급약도경、용약빈도、사용솔、등분석항균약물적사용정황。결과：재2011년1200장처방중，평균매장처방용약품충수위2.32충，평균매장처방약비위132.94원，취진사용항균약물처방적백분솔위31.08%，취진사용주사약물처방적백분솔위16.5%。매월평균처방용약품충수화평균매장처방약비기본지평，항균약물처방사용솔화취진사용주사약물처방적백분솔균정하강적추세。결론：경과2011년항균약물림상응용전항정치활동후，아원문진항균약물사용정황점추합리，단잉존재일정정도적람용，응강화관리，가강감측화조공，이경호적규범항균약물적응용。
Objective To investigate the use of antibiotics in the Outpatient of Our Hospital. Methods Outpatient prescriptions were randomly sampled from Outpatient in Our hospital every month in 2011 for a statistical analysis of antibacterials by route of administration,drug frequency and rates of using antibacterials. Results Random checks of outpatient prescriptions in 2011 were 1200 prescriptions,the averages of the categories of the drugs in each prescription was 2.32,the average cost in each prescription was 132.94 Yuan,the antimicrobial use was 31.08%,the rates of injection agents was 16.5%. the averages of the categories of the drugs in each prescription and the average cost in each prescription were similarity. Rates of using antibiotics,injection agents were decreased. Conclusion After the special punish activity of antibacterials in 2011,the utilization of antibacterials in the outpatient in our hospital was rational gradually,but there were irrational prescriptions,the management on the rational use of antibacterials should be further strengthened in hospital to improve the rational level of drug use.
