目的：分析早期乳腺癌患者进行超声诊断的价值。方法笔者从2010年6月---2013年6月期间在我院进行治疗的乳腺癌早期患者中随机选取106例。这106例患者都经过了手术病理的证实，进行了超声诊断，从而可以观察超声诊断的准确程度。结果运用CDFI（彩色多普勒）进行诊断的方式发现患有早期乳腺癌的人数为83例，诊断的符合率到达78．30％。结论对早期的乳腺癌进行超声诊断多采用CDFI的方式，它的特点是诊断的准确率高，误诊的情况较少。

Objective To analyze the ultrasonic diagnostic value of early breast cancer patients.Methods The author from June 2010-June 2013 treated in our hos-pital during the period of early breast cancer patients,106 cases were randomly selected.All 106 patients after surgical pathology confirmed that the ultrasound diagnosis , in order to observe the accuracy of the ultrasonic diagnosis.Results The use of a CDFI(color doppler)found that the number of patients with early breast cancer diagnosis way for 83 cases,the diagnosis coincidence rate reaches 78.30%.Conclusion The ultrasonic diagnosis of early breast cancer more than using the way of a CDFI,it fea-tures a high diagnostic accuracy,less misdiagnosis.
