目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合卤米松乳膏治疗银屑病的疗效。方法将95例银屑病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组64例，给予复方甘草苷片2＃，3次/d，连用90d，局部外用0．05％卤米松乳膏，2次/d，连用90d；对照组31例，仅给予0．05％卤米松乳膏局部外用，2次/d，连用90d。结果治疗组有效率为62．5％，对照组有效率为32．3％，2组疗效比较具有统计学差异（P＜0．05）2组均未发生不良反应。结论复方草酸苷片联合卤米松乳膏治疗银屑病完全有效。
목적관찰복방감초산감편연합서미송유고치료은설병적료효。방법장95례은설병환자수궤분위치료조화대조조，치료조64례，급여복방감초감편2＃，3차/d，련용90d，국부외용0．05％서미송유고，2차/d，련용90d；대조조31례，부급여0．05％서미송유고국부외용，2차/d，련용90d。결과치료조유효솔위62．5％，대조조유효솔위32．3％，2조료효비교구유통계학차이（P＜0．05）2조균미발생불량반응。결론복방초산감편연합서미송유고치료은설병완전유효。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of compound Glyeyrrhizin cream on psoriasis.Methods 95 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided in-to treatment group and control group,64 patients in treatment group had taken compound glycyrrhizin continuously for 90 days at a dose of 2 tablets with 3 times per day, meanwhile,0.05% halometasone cream had been used locally with 2 times per day,with31 other patients in control group had only been treated with 0.05% halometa-sone cream with 2 times per day for 90 days.Results The efficacy rate in treatment group was 62.5%as compared with 32.3% in control group,there existed significant difference.between the two groups(P<0.05).No evident adverse drug reactions were found in both groups.Conclusion It is safe and effective to use confound glycyrrhi-zin combined with halometasone for treatment of psoriasis .
