目的：了解康复期精神病患者对工娱疗活动的需求状况，为康复活动的开展提供依据。方法采用自制精神病患者工娱疗活动需求调查表对80例康复期精神病患者进行调查分析。结果本组康复期精神病患者对各项工娱疗活动需求率均≥48．8％，其中对音乐放松疗法和抗复发训练的需求率分别为76．3％、75．0％。结论康复期精神病患者对工娱疗活动的需求较高，有针对性地开展康复项目，能最大限度地提高患者的社会生活技能，对促进患者早日回归社会，具有重要作用。
목적：료해강복기정신병환자대공오료활동적수구상황，위강복활동적개전제공의거。방법채용자제정신병환자공오료활동수구조사표대80례강복기정신병환자진행조사분석。결과본조강복기정신병환자대각항공오료활동수구솔균≥48．8％，기중대음악방송요법화항복발훈련적수구솔분별위76．3％、75．0％。결론강복기정신병환자대공오료활동적수구교고，유침대성지개전강복항목，능최대한도지제고환자적사회생활기능，대촉진환자조일회귀사회，구유중요작용。
Objective To study the requirement status of work and recreational therapy in convalescence psychosis patients in order to provide basis for develo-ping rehabilitation activities .Methods Assessments were conducted with the Self-made Questionnaire for Psychotic Requirement of Work and Recreational Therapy in 80 convalescence psychosis patients .Results Their need rates for all work and recreational activities were ≥48 .8% ,those for music relaxation therapy and anti-relapse training respectively 76 .3% and 75 .0% .Conclusion Needs for work and recreational ac-tivities are higher in convalescence psychosis patients , purposeful rehabilitation items can improve pa-tients’ social life skills maximally and promote patients’ return to society as early as possible .
