高效稳定的恒流驱动电路是LED照明工程设计的关键之一。应用新型驱动器件NCP3065设计了一款LED升压恒流驱动电路。介绍了电路的工作原理和元件参数的详细计算过程。所设计电路包含DC-DC升压驱动部分和PWM调光部分,可以驱动5个1 W串联的LED,驱动电压达16 V,电流达350 mA。实测结果表明,电路整体效率高达87.5%,并且具有调光线性度好,性能稳定、可靠等优点,适用于各种大功率LED的照明应用。

An effective and stable constant current driving circuit is one of the keys of LED lighting design. A boost circuit used NCP3065 chip is designed. The principle how to work the circuit and detail the calculation process of the elements’ parameters is introduced. The circuit includes a DC-DC boost driving part and a PWM dimming part. The circuit can drive five 1 W LEDs connected in series,and its driving voltage is 16 V,driving current 350 mA. The test result shows that the efficiency of the circuit is 87. 5%,good linearity and stable,suitable for high power LED lighting applications.
