针对振荡器中声表面波器件存在的体声波干扰、电极反射及旁瓣过大问题,提出了一种新型声表面波振荡器系统的设计方案。该方案将多条耦合器用于分离体声波,分裂电极用于减弱电极反射问题,并采用了输入、输出换能器双加权的措施来降低旁瓣信号。通过对一个中心频率为50.8MHz声表面波振荡器的实现和测试,得到该新型声表面波振荡器系统的振荡频率为50.613 MHz,与系统的设计值误差仅为3.6‰,并且具有良好的周期性和稳定性。
針對振盪器中聲錶麵波器件存在的體聲波榦擾、電極反射及徬瓣過大問題,提齣瞭一種新型聲錶麵波振盪器繫統的設計方案。該方案將多條耦閤器用于分離體聲波,分裂電極用于減弱電極反射問題,併採用瞭輸入、輸齣換能器雙加權的措施來降低徬瓣信號。通過對一箇中心頻率為50.8MHz聲錶麵波振盪器的實現和測試,得到該新型聲錶麵波振盪器繫統的振盪頻率為50.613 MHz,與繫統的設計值誤差僅為3.6‰,併且具有良好的週期性和穩定性。

In order to solve the bulk acoustic wave( BAW) interference,the electrodes reflection and high side lobe in the acoustic surface wave( SAW) device of SAW oscillator system,the novel SAW oscillator system is proposed. In this design scheme,the BAW is separated by the multi-strip coupler,and the electrodes reflection and the side lobe are suppressed by the split electrode and weighted input and output input interdigital transducers,separately. The realization and measurement results of the novel SAW oscillator system with center frequency at 50 . 8 MHz conform that the frequency of the oscillator signal is 50. 613 MHz,and the frequency error between the actual measurement and theoretical design is only 3. 6‰. Furthermore,the SAW oscillator system has good periodicity and stability.
