本文目的在于提高破碎机性能,提出以减小破碎机变形与得到优化的产品的结构优化形式。通过ANSYS有限元结构分析试验,并且利用ANSYS有限元分析软件进行计算分析,获取计算值。根据设计输入与输出响应关系的数学模型,并采用空间局部方法对响应面进行重构。将响应面法、灵敏度分析、试验设计、遗传算法和等多个方法相结合分析,获得较优良的计算数据。通过转子对系统稳定性影响分析,得出转子的结构形式优化,而最终得到优化后的破碎机产品。
