目的 探讨集中授课对PCI术患者相关知识认知程度的影响.方法 选择在某三甲医院拟行PCI术的患者167例,随机分为观察组84例和对照组83例,均在我院进行术前健康教育.观察组采用集中授课的形式对患者进行疾病相关知识的强化教育.对照组按一般诊疗及护理常规采用床边口头告知手术进程及相关注意事项.使用自行设计的有关患者相关知识了解程度测评问卷表,测定两组患者对冠心病及PCI相关知识的认知程度.结果 观察组患者对冠心病及PCI相关知识的认知程度明显高于对照组,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 集中授课强化教育方式能提高患者对疾病相关知识的认知程度,满足患者对疾病知识的需求,从而提高患者的自我管理水平和生活质量.

Objective To discuss the influence of concentrated teaching to related knowledge cognitive degree of the patients with percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI).Methods 167 cases of planting to undergo the PCI from a first class hospital were randomly divided into observation group (84 cases) and control group (83 cases),They received preoperative health education in our hospital.The observation group took the form of concentrated teaching,strengthening the education for patients with related disease knowledge,and the control group took the form of general medical and nursing routine,using bedside oral inform operation process and related matters needing attention.Patients were designed by using the related knowledge know level assessment questionnaire,and determination of two groups of patient with coronary heart disease and PCI related knowledge cognition.Results The coronary heart disease and PCI cognition of related knowledge in observation group patients was obviously higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Concentrated teaching intensive education mode can improve the patients' cognition of related disease knowledge,meet the need of patients to disease knowledge,so as to improve the self-management level and their quality of life.
