目的 探讨磁共振弥散张量成像技术在检测儿童脑白质发展情况中的应用.方法 随机选择32名不同年龄的儿童,分为五组.运用弥散张量成像技术,检测不同部位脑白质的FA与ADC值,并进行分析比较.结果 左右两侧大脑各感兴趣区的FA值与ADC值相比,结果无统计学意义(P>0.05).不同年龄不同部位大脑白质ADC值与FA值有明显的差异,具体表现为,各部位大脑白质的ADC值均随着年龄的增加而减少,FA值均随年龄增加而增加,且相同年龄不同部位的参数值有明显差异,结果均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 运用弥散张量成像技术可以有效反映脑白质的发育情况,对检测及预防其病变有重要的意义.

Objective To explore the application of magnetic resonance diffusion tensor imaging for detecting the development of white matter in children.Method 32 children of different ages were randomly selected and then divided into five groups.Diffusion tensor imaging was used to detect the FA and ADC values of different parts of the white matter.The findings were analyzed and compared.Results The FA values did not differ statistically from the ADC values in the left and right sides of the brain regions of interest (P> 0.05).There were significant differences in the ADC and FA values in different parts of the white matter at different ages,manifesting that the ADC values decreased with age while the FA values increased with age; and the values differed significantly at the same age (P<0.05).Conclusions Diffusion tensor imaging can effectively reflect the development of the white matter.It is of great significance in the detection and prevention of the lesions in the brain.
