The application of DC-rotary system in Kaldo furnace and production practice are introduced, the DC system debug-ging and maintenance experience are summarized. By controlling more DC-motors, the DC-rotary system not only can completely meet the process requirement of constant rotary furnance during the Kaldo furnace smelting process, but also the high-performance drive control makes the Kaldo furnace rotation smooth operation and reliable.
