产学研用协同育人是“合作教育”在内涵上的进一步拓展。本文认为,高职教育要适应现代产业转型升级和经济发展方式的转变,必须进行人才培养模式的深刻变革,走产学研用协同育人之路。本文阐述了产学研用协同育人的理念及其内涵,并就高职院校如何开展产学研用协同育人,从制度、平台、路径、文化等方面提出了对策建议。

Collaborative approach integrating sections of production, teaching and research is a further development of the idea of cooperative education. It is held that higher vocational education should adapt to the transformation and upgrading of modern industry and the mode of economic development, and the personnel training mode should also undergo major changes featuring the collaborative approach integrating sections of production, teaching and research. The article explains the idea and connotation of this approach, and puts forward measures and suggestions for the new approach from aspects such as system design, platform, road map and culture.
