为实现智能电网负荷均衡和电能质量控制,采用低成本的RFID与卫星通信技术相结合的方式来实现电网负荷及相关参数的实时和全方位的监控。在实时和全方位监控基础上,设计实现了监控系统的体系结构和协调控制策略,为提高系统运行负荷率提供了可能,并可实现电网系统在各种约束条件下的优化运行。
為實現智能電網負荷均衡和電能質量控製,採用低成本的RFID與衛星通信技術相結閤的方式來實現電網負荷及相關參數的實時和全方位的鑑控。在實時和全方位鑑控基礎上,設計實現瞭鑑控繫統的體繫結構和協調控製策略,為提高繫統運行負荷率提供瞭可能,併可實現電網繫統在各種約束條件下的優化運行。

In order to balance the load of the electric power system and improve the quality control level of electricity, the cost-effective technologies of RFID and the satellite communication technologies are adopted to monitor the load and parameters of the power grid in real time and on a large scale. Based on the monitor system, the architecture and the control policy of the power grid system are designed. All these measures and methods offer new options to improve the efficiency of the system, and an optimized operation can be achieved when the power grid system is exposed to various constraint conditions.
