针对目前的空压站电气控制系统存在的问题,提出了一种基于无线传感网的空压站监控系统。空压机组的有效管理是整个控制系统的基础,通过PLC实现对电气各执行器、变频器、电机等进行控制;利用压力传感器、流量传感器采集空压管网数据,并应用ZigBee技术进行数据传输;采用Labview设计监控中心上位机控制软件;同时ZigBee节点的低功耗和灵活性的特点,方便组网和维护。
針對目前的空壓站電氣控製繫統存在的問題,提齣瞭一種基于無線傳感網的空壓站鑑控繫統。空壓機組的有效管理是整箇控製繫統的基礎,通過PLC實現對電氣各執行器、變頻器、電機等進行控製;利用壓力傳感器、流量傳感器採集空壓管網數據,併應用ZigBee技術進行數據傳輸;採用Labview設計鑑控中心上位機控製軟件;同時ZigBee節點的低功耗和靈活性的特點,方便組網和維護。

To solve the problems of current electrical control system of air compressor station, this paper presents a zigbee-based air compressor station monitor and control system. The air compressors effective management is the foundation of the whole control system, as the control of all electrical actuators, inverters and motors is achieved through PLC. The system uses the pressure sensors and flow sensors to collect data from the air compressor network, by means of the Zigbee technology to transmit data, and apply Labview control software for the monitor and control center host computer. Meanwhile, the joints of ZigBee have low power consumption and high flexibility, easy for networking and maintenance.
