随着幼儿双语教学的不断发展与完善，对学前教育人才的培养提出更高的要求，培养既了解幼儿教育理论又具备良好英语能力的幼儿教师是当务之急。本文分析了学前教育学生英语学习现状，从学生对英语的兴趣、语音、口语表达、授课内容、教师素质，学生操练等方面入手培养学生的英语能力。
