Catering enterprise is the labor intensive industry. A massive front-line skilled staffs are needed to complete the supply of quality services and the catering products. The effective measures taken to manage the skilled staffs in the catering enterprise is a question which is worth thinking about, since it can both satisfy the business need and meet the personal development of the staffs. The paper probes into the challenges of the management of the post 85 and post 90's skilled employers in the modern catering enterprise and put forward some problems that should be paid attention to so as to explore the feasible countermeasures.
