将脉冲激光器产生的激光直接照射到环氧涂层/铝基底的界面激发声波,并在铝基底的后表面上利用光学干涉仪对位移进行检测。实验结果表明,直达波和反射波的幅度比值与界面黏结质量相关,利用该方法可对类似结构的黏结质量进行评价分析。
將脈遲激光器產生的激光直接照射到環氧塗層/鋁基底的界麵激髮聲波,併在鋁基底的後錶麵上利用光學榦涉儀對位移進行檢測。實驗結果錶明,直達波和反射波的幅度比值與界麵黏結質量相關,利用該方法可對類似結構的黏結質量進行評價分析。

The pulse laser was used to produce laser beam that directly irradiates on the interface between the epoxy coat and aluminum substrate to excite the acoustic waves,an optical interferometer was applied to detecting displacement on the rear epicenter of the aluminum substrate.The results of this experiment show that the amplitude ratio of direct wave and reflected wave is directly related with the interfacial bonding characteristics.The described method could be used to evaluate bonding quality for similar structure.
