通过引入独立参量，应用实分析技巧及权函数方法，建立一个最佳常数因子联系Riemann zeta函数的核为余割函数的 Hilbert 型积分不等式，并导出了其等价式与特殊参数下的齐次形式。

Introducing independent parameters,applying the techniques of real analysis and the way of weight functions,the authors presented a new Hilbert-type integral inequality with the kernel of cosecant function and a best constant factor related to the Riemann zeta function and deduced the equivalent form and some homogeneous forms for a particular parameter.
