借鉴交叉学科的相关理论，有助于建构司法信息公开的价值体系，发掘实践困境之根源，推动司法信息公开由被动到主动、由反向到正向、由盲目到理性、由单一的工具主义向多元的价值取向转变。所谓“公开促公正”只是宽泛的价值表述，司法信息公开之于“公正”的实现，需要逐步对应“基本权利的兑现”、“业务水准的提升”、“司法权威的树立”、“司法独立的彰显”和“理性商谈的推行”五个层次的价值取向，并推动其良性互动和有效实现。
藉鑒交扠學科的相關理論，有助于建構司法信息公開的價值體繫，髮掘實踐睏境之根源，推動司法信息公開由被動到主動、由反嚮到正嚮、由盲目到理性、由單一的工具主義嚮多元的價值取嚮轉變。所謂“公開促公正”隻是寬汎的價值錶述，司法信息公開之于“公正”的實現，需要逐步對應“基本權利的兌現”、“業務水準的提升”、“司法權威的樹立”、“司法獨立的彰顯”和“理性商談的推行”五箇層次的價值取嚮，併推動其良性互動和有效實現。
차감교차학과적상관이론，유조우건구사법신식공개적개치체계，발굴실천곤경지근원，추동사법신식공개유피동도주동、유반향도정향、유맹목도이성、유단일적공구주의향다원적개치취향전변。소위“공개촉공정”지시관범적개치표술，사법신식공개지우“공정”적실현，수요축보대응“기본권리적태현”、“업무수준적제승”、“사법권위적수립”、“사법독립적창현”화“이성상담적추행”오개층차적개치취향，병추동기량성호동화유효실현。
It is of great importance to build the value system of judicial information publicity by means of interdisciplinary theo-ries concerned.Moreover, it helps to discover the root of practical dilemma and promote an active shift from negative to posi-tive, from blindness to rationality, from sheer instrumentalism to diversified value orientation.As a matter of fact, “publicity promoting justice” is only a broad value expression and the implementation of justice via judicial information publicity embodies the value orientation at five levels, namely are the fulfillment of basic rights, the improvement of professional skill, the estab-lishment of judicial authority, the manifestation of independent judiciary and the promotion of rational dialogue.It is our respon-sibility to push forward this notion and bring the justice into reality.
