采用用手机成瘾倾向量表、A tiken学业拖延量表和牛津主观幸福感量表对163名大学生进行问卷调查，结果显示：1）手机依赖和学业拖延呈显著正相关，与主观幸福感呈显著负相关，学业拖延与主观幸福感呈显著负相关；2）手机依赖和学业拖延显著负向预测主观幸福感，手机依赖显著正向预测学业拖延；3）学业拖延在手机依赖对主观幸福感的影响中起部分中介作用。
채용용수궤성은경향량표、A tiken학업타연량표화우진주관행복감량표대163명대학생진행문권조사，결과현시：1）수궤의뢰화학업타연정현저정상관，여주관행복감정현저부상관，학업타연여주관행복감정현저부상관；2）수궤의뢰화학업타연현저부향예측주관행복감，수궤의뢰현저정향예측학업타연；3）학업타연재수궤의뢰대주관행복감적영향중기부분중개작용。
This study carries out questionnaires among 163 college students with the mobile phone addiction tendency scale ,Aitken procrastination inventory and the Oxford happiness questionnaire (OHQ) .The results show that mobile phone dependence is positively related to academic procrastination ,and negatively correlated with subjective well-being(SWB) ,and academic procrastination and SWB are negatively correlated . Mobile phone dependence and academic procrastination negatively predict subjective well-being (SWB) ,and mobile phone dependence positively predicts academic procrastination . Academic procrastination partially mediates the effects of mobile phone dependence on SWB .
