本文建立了硅氧烷中微量氯离子的离子色谱分析方法．硅氧烷样品使用纯水磁力搅拌萃取，萃取液经高速离心分离和纯化后进行离子色谱分析．样品中氯离子的定量限为0．012μg·g -1，加标回收率在94.3％～112．2％之间，样品测试的相对偏差为3．7％．该法准确、灵敏，为硅氧烷样品中微量氯离子的测定提供了可靠实用的方法．

A method for determination of trace chloride an ion in the siloxane has been developed by ion chromatography . The chloride anion was extracted with pure water by magnetic stirring ,and the extract was up and then caried for the ion chromatography analysis .The limit of quantification (LOQ ) of chloride ion in the samples was 0 .012 μg · g -1 ,and the recovery rate ranged from 94 .3% to 112 .2% ,and the relative deviation was 3 .7% .In general ,the ion chromatography method ,which was accurate and sensitive ,was a reliable and effective technique for the analysis of trace chloride ion in the siloxane samples .
