数字出版物一般来说是综合的精神劳动的产物，以其为标的物的知识产权关系复杂；由于数字出版物创作方式的开放性，使得即便是某项具体的知识内容也难以追溯到相应的知识产权权利人；复制形式的多样化和便捷性也给数字出版物的知识产权保护带来困难。诸多问题的存在使得数字出版物知识产权保护管理面临的形势日趋严峻。解决这些问题，以强化数字出版物知识产权保护的对策有：从立法上明确数字出版物知识产权客体之间的关系范畴，加强法律法规的针对性和可执行性；加强数字出版物知识产权保护技术的引进和开发；强化公民的知识产权保护意识，净化知识产权保护的社会环境等。

Digital publications are products of comprehensive mental labor,relations of intellectual property rights based on which are complex.Because of opening creation way of digital publications,it is difficult to trace back to the real person of intellectual property rights even for a specific content knowledge.The diversification and convenience of copy measures of digital publications make protec-ting intellectual property rights more difficult.Such problems aggravate the situation of management of intellectual property protection of digital publications.To solve these problems and strengthen the protection of intellectual property of digital publications,the following measures can be taken:to make clear the relationship between intellectual property rights object category of digital publications in leg-islation,to make laws and regulations with more pertinence and maneuverability,to introduce and de-velop advanced technologies of intellectual rights protection,to strengthen citizen's consciousness of in-tellectual property right protection and purify social environment in current circumstances.
