[目的]为浙江红山茶的开发利用提供参考。[方法]选取浙江省5地的红山茶茶籽,按照油料种籽含油量测定法测定茶籽油含量,用气相色谱法测定其脂肪酸组成。[结果]结果显示,红山茶籽种仁油脂平均含量为50.29%,其中单不饱和脂肪酸的平均含量为67.11%;多不饱和脂肪酸平均含量为12.47%;饱和脂肪酸平均含量为12.41%。其m(饱和脂肪酸)∶m(单不饱和脂肪酸)∶m(多不饱和脂肪酸)为1.00∶5.38∶1.00,符合现代营养保健油脂的标准。[结论]通过与其他植物油脂肪酸组成含量比对分析,红山茶籽油脂肪酸组成更具保健优势。

Objective] The aim was to provide references for exploitation of red camellia from Zhejiang. [Method] Selecting five kinds of red camellia seeds from Zhejiang, the seed oil contents were determined by seeds oil content determination method, and the fatty acid composition was determined by gas chromatography method. [Result] The results showed that the average content of kernel oil was 50.29%. Among which, the average content of monounsaturated fatty acids was 67.11%, and the average content of polyunsaturated fatty acids was 12.47%, and the average content of saturated fatty acids was 12.41%. The m(saturated fatty acids)∶m (monounsaturated fatty acids)∶m (polyunsaturated fatty acids)=1.00∶5.38∶1.00,so met the standards of modern nutrition and health fats. [Conclusion] The composition of red camellia seed oil fatty acid had more health advantages compared with other plant oil fatty acid composition content .
