采用MCGS作为人机界面和S7 SMART PLC作为主控单元设计了飞机发动机模拟负载装置的控制系统,实验结果证明,该系统响应速度快、超调量小、控制精度高,能够较准确地模拟出整个起动过程中起动电流的变化过程。

The control system of simulation load device for aeroengine was designed by taking MCGS as the human-machine interface and the S7 SMART PLC as the main control unit .Experimental results showed that the system had fast response ,small overshoot and high control accuracy ,and the changing process of starting current couldbe simulated accurately in the whole starting process .
