以七水合硫酸镁(MgSO4·7H2O)和二水合碳酸铵((NH4)2CO3·2H2O)为原料、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)为分散剂,采用水热法制备了纳米氧化镁及其与石墨烯的复合材料,利用X射线衍射仪(X RD )和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对样品进行了表征。结果表明,含10%石墨烯的复合材料中的MgO形状规则、颗粒较小、结晶性好、结晶度高。
以七水閤硫痠鎂(MgSO4·7H2O)和二水閤碳痠銨((NH4)2CO3·2H2O)為原料、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)為分散劑,採用水熱法製備瞭納米氧化鎂及其與石墨烯的複閤材料,利用X射線衍射儀(X RD )和掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對樣品進行瞭錶徵。結果錶明,含10%石墨烯的複閤材料中的MgO形狀規則、顆粒較小、結晶性好、結晶度高。
이칠수합류산미(MgSO4·7H2O)화이수합탄산안((NH4)2CO3·2H2O)위원료、취을희필각완동(PVP)위분산제,채용수열법제비료납미양화미급기여석묵희적복합재료,이용X사선연사의(X RD )화소묘전자현미경(SEM)대양품진행료표정。결과표명,함10%석묵희적복합재료중적MgO형상규칙、과립교소、결정성호、결정도고。
Nano-MgO and the composite of MgO/grapheme were prepared by hydrothermal method with MgSO 4 · 7H2 O and (NH4)2CO3 · 2H2O as raw materials and PVP as dispersant .The materials’ characteristics were checked by XRD and SEM .The results indicated that MgO in composite which contain graphene 10% had regular shape ,tiny particle and excellent crystallinity.
