根据乙酸异戊酯的生产流程,设计加料、开车、控制、停车、精制和评价6个模块。通过制备程序界面、绘制仪器图片、制作模拟动画和编制程序代码实现了制备乙酸异戊酯的仿真模拟程序。应用实训教学中,不但确保了实训安全、降低了实训成本、提高了实训效果,而且由于节省了大量的化学药品与试剂,使化学实验更加环保和绿色化。

According to production process of isoamyl acetate. Design six modules as feeding, startup, control-ling, shutdown, refining and evaluation. By making surface of program, drawing pictures of instruments, making sim-ulation animation and assembling program codes to realize the simulation program in producing isoamyl acetate. In practical training teaching, not only ensured safe in practical training, reduced cost in practical training, improved the teaching effects, but also chemistry experiment more environmental protection and green for saving many chemical medicines and reagents.
