利用对称分量法和双反应理论分析了单相永磁同步电动机的稳态运行过程,建立了正、负序旋转磁场等效系统模型,对电机的负载特性进行分析计算,为电磁设计提供了依据。分析了单相永磁同步电动机的异步自起动过程及其各转矩对起动性能影响,提出改善起动性能设计的方法措施。样机对负载特性和起动转矩进行了试验,实测结果与理论计算值相吻合,验证了设计方案的可行性。

The steady state operation of permanent magnet single-phase synchronous motor was analyzed by symmetrical component method and armature double response theory and the equivalent system model of positive and negative sequence rotating magnetic field was built. Using this model, the load characteristic was calculated to present the basis for the motor design. The paper also analyzed the several torque component's influence on startup in self-starting process of the motor and provided measures to improve the starting performance. The load characteristic and the starting torque of prototype were tested. The measured results and the theoretical calculation values are consistent which verifies the feasibility of the design scheme.
