某核电站旋转滤网阴极保护系统出现异常波动,且局部处于非保护状态,对阴极保护系统及被保护设备特点分析,结果显示被保护设备表面电化学状态不均匀是导致阴极保护系统失效的根本原因,并给出改变阴极保护设计及运行模式两种改进措施,为类似机组提供参考。

Abnormal fluctuations were found in the cathodic protection system of a rotating filter in the nuclear power plant, and part of the rotating filter was under unprotected state. Analyze on the characteristics of cathodic protection system displayed that the root cause was the uneven electrochemical state on the surface of the protected equipment. Two methods were provided for improving the situation:changing cathodic protection system design or operation mode.
