基于传统烘房存在耗能大、污染、自动化程度不高、劳动强度大,烘干品质相对低等缺点,重新设计一种新型烘房,该烘房以生物质为热源,即降低成本,又能减少田间秸秆乱焚等环境污染问题;热风的循环利用,一定程度上又降低干制成本。利用PLC系统控制,自动化程度高,降低劳动强度,并且能够实现温湿度的精确控制,通过控制风机的正反转,实现烘房内温湿度的均匀分布,提高产品烘干品质。
基于傳統烘房存在耗能大、汙染、自動化程度不高、勞動彊度大,烘榦品質相對低等缺點,重新設計一種新型烘房,該烘房以生物質為熱源,即降低成本,又能減少田間秸稈亂焚等環境汙染問題;熱風的循環利用,一定程度上又降低榦製成本。利用PLC繫統控製,自動化程度高,降低勞動彊度,併且能夠實現溫濕度的精確控製,通過控製風機的正反轉,實現烘房內溫濕度的均勻分佈,提高產品烘榦品質。

Due to the existence of the traditional drying room energy consumption, pollution, high degree of automation, labor-intensive, relatively low drying quality shortcomings, this paper re-designed a new drying room, the drying room use biomass as a heat source, which can reduces the drying costs and reduce the field burning of straw chaos, which helps protect the environment; Recycling the hot air, which also helps to reduce costs. Use PLC control system , can improve the degree of automation Oven, can reduce labor intensity and also can achieve precise control of temperature and humidity. By controlling the reversible fan, a uniform distribution of temperature and humidity within the drying room can be achieved , which can improve the quality of product.
