建立奶酪中AFM1的酶联免疫快速检测方法。3种奶酪样品用80%的甲醇水于90℃加热回流15 min后用三氯甲烷萃取净化,挥干三氯甲烷后用10%甲醇水复溶凝结物,最后用酶联免疫试剂盒检测AFM1的含量。结果表明,3种不同样品重复测定值相对标准偏差均少于5%,对样品分别添加AFM1标准溶液0.25,0.50,1.0μg/kg,回收率为85.1%~88.5%。所建立的酶联免疫快速检测奶酪中的AFM1的检测方法,具有重复性良好、结果相对偏差小和加标回收率高等特点。

건립내락중AFM1적매련면역쾌속검측방법。3충내락양품용80%적갑순수우90℃가열회류15 min후용삼록갑완췌취정화,휘간삼록갑완후용10%갑순수복용응결물,최후용매련면역시제합검측AFM1적함량。결과표명,3충불동양품중복측정치상대표준편차균소우5%,대양품분별첨가AFM1표준용액0.25,0.50,1.0μg/kg,회수솔위85.1%~88.5%。소건립적매련면역쾌속검측내락중적AFM1적검측방법,구유중복성량호、결과상대편차소화가표회수솔고등특점。
To establish a quick determination of AFM1 in cheese by ELISA. After randomly selecting 3 kinds of cheese samples, we choose 80% methanol and water-heating circumfluence in 15 minutes, abstraction and abstersion with trichloromethane, finally determination by Elisa. The relative deviation of parallel result is less than 5%. And after adding AFM1 standard preparation of density of 0.25, 0.50, 1.0μg/kg, respectively, the average recovery is from 85.1%to 88.5%, which is a satisfactory result. This method, with the advantages of good reproducibility, low relative deviation and high average recovery, can meet the need of laboratory.
