Based on the example of Bid 2309 of R2 line of Dongguan City Rail Line,the paper analyzes the construction risk of shielding in solitary stone and soft under the hard strata excavation.It properly solves the construction difficulties by advanced rock crushing,presetting blade change point and reasonable tunneling model and parameters.
