随着我国餐饮业的发展，以及美食街、学生街等餐饮集聚的兴起，餐饮业“四高一低”的现状日益突出。文章以华侨大学学生街为例，依据学生街服务外包的现状进行分析，并提出相应对策建议。研究认为，餐饮集聚下的服务外包是缓解餐饮企业困境的有效手段，服务外包是服务外包企业与餐饮企业双赢的合作模式。

With the development of China’s catering industry, and the rise of the food court and student street, situation of catering industry of“four high and one low”have become increasingly prominent. Taking Huaqiao University Student Street as an example, according to the analysis of the current situation of out-sourcing student street service, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions. It suggests that under the premise of catering agglomeration, service outsourcing is an effective means to solve the dilemma of the catering enterprises. Service outsourcing is the win-win cooperation model between ser-vice outsourcing enterprises and catering enterprises.
