三维动画制作课程教学改革的目标是着重培养学生的实际操作能力，深化课程教学改革，研究内容是创建项目驱动教学的“教、学、做”一体化的创意设计工场，搭建校内工学结合的实训平台，让学生们在实训中掌握课程知识。论文以《荷塘月色》水墨动画教学为例，进行项目驱动式教学改革探讨和研究，并在实践教学中起到了良好的教学效果。

The objective of reforming 3-D cartoon education is to enhance design ability of students. In this paper, we will show how to create a unified platform in which "teaching", "learning", "designing" are combined together, therefore, students can learn from practice. We try to discuss and research on project driven education reform through introducing how to design the water-ink cartoon entitled "the lotus pool by moonlight".
