目的:探讨3D打印快速成型技术在口腔颌面部创伤教学中的应用。方法运用3D打印快速成型技术教学法和常规多媒体教学法分别给予2010、2011年级口腔医学专业民汉双语班和口腔医学专业汉语班讲授口腔颌面部创伤课程。结果2010级、2011级口腔医学专业民汉双语班比同一年级口腔医学专业汉语言班在口腔颌面部创伤示教课中骨折移位情况、骨折钛板坚固内固定、拉力螺钉水平固位等方面掌握成绩明显优异。结论口腔颌面部创伤的骨折移位方向、骨折坚固内固定、拉力螺钉的使用等均为临床教学难点,临床教学示教中使用3D打印快速成型技术能够有效提高颌面部创伤教学效果、进一步提高学生的动手能力,将实践和理论充分结合。

목적:탐토3D타인쾌속성형기술재구강합면부창상교학중적응용。방법운용3D타인쾌속성형기술교학법화상규다매체교학법분별급여2010、2011년급구강의학전업민한쌍어반화구강의학전업한어반강수구강합면부창상과정。결과2010급、2011급구강의학전업민한쌍어반비동일년급구강의학전업한어언반재구강합면부창상시교과중골절이위정황、골절태판견고내고정、랍력라정수평고위등방면장악성적명현우이。결론구강합면부창상적골절이위방향、골절견고내고정、랍력라정적사용등균위림상교학난점,림상교학시교중사용3D타인쾌속성형기술능구유효제고합면부창상교학효과、진일보제고학생적동수능력,장실천화이론충분결합。
Objective To investigate the 3D printing technology in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial trauma. Method 3D printing prototyping technology teaching and multimedia teaching were used to grade 2010, 2011 class oral medical professional and oral Chinese class in the teaching of oral and maxillofacial trauma medical professional course. Results The oral medical professional students in grade 2010 and 2011 class were better than the same grade of oral medical professional Chinese language class about oral and maxillofacial trauma fracture shift condition, Fracture internal fixation with titanium plate strong, tension screw level master performance obviously superior retention, etc. Conclusion The use of 3D printing prototyping technology can effectively enhance the teaching effect in maxillofacial trauma, further improve the students practical ability and the combination of theory and practice.
