医学微生物学是一门实践性很强的学科,实验教学是该课程教学的重要环节,传统的实验教学中存在着学生学习被动和积极性不高等诸多问题。在医学微生物实验教学过程中,尝试采用了病例引导式问题教学法(PBL)。通过问卷调查和教学效果的总结,结果表明,PBL教学效果优于传统教学法。PBL教学法不仅能调动学生学习的积极性、激发学生的学习兴趣,还能提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力、培养学生的临床思维。

Medical microbiology is a practice-needed subject, and experimental teaching is an important link in the curriculum teaching. The traditional experiment teaching exists many problems, such as the most students study passively and learning enthusiasm is not high. I tried to use problem-based learning teaching method(PBL) in the process of medical microbiology experiment teaching. The results of questionnaire survey and the teaching effect summary showed that the teaching effect of PBL was better than that of the traditional teaching method. PBL teaching method not only can arouse students study enthusiasm and stimulate students learning interest, but also can improve students' ability of analyze and solve problems and cultivate students' clinical thinking.
