Clinical medicine is a discipline with great emphasis on cultivating practical skills. The full-time teachers in higher vocational medical colleges should attach importance to clinical practice with the purpose of improving the teaching ability on practice. The thesis gave detailed illustration on 4 aspects:professional, gradation, planning and intervention of clinical practice to expound the inherent law to improve the quality of clinical practice.
