目的:对气相色谱-质谱联用仪法测定橡胶制品中多环芳烃(蒽)含量不确定度进行评定,确定影响不确定度的关键因素。方法依据《ZEK 01.4-2008 GS认证过程中PAHs的测试和验证》,使用气相色谱-质谱联用仪法测定橡胶制品中多环芳烃(蒽)含量,并对结果的不确定度进行评定,分析影响测量不确定度的各个因素,对各个分量进行计算和合成。结果扩展不确定度U=5.7 mg/kg,置信概率95%。结论该实验的不确定度主要影响因素是曲线校准。
目的:對氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀法測定橡膠製品中多環芳烴(蒽)含量不確定度進行評定,確定影響不確定度的關鍵因素。方法依據《ZEK 01.4-2008 GS認證過程中PAHs的測試和驗證》,使用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀法測定橡膠製品中多環芳烴(蒽)含量,併對結果的不確定度進行評定,分析影響測量不確定度的各箇因素,對各箇分量進行計算和閤成。結果擴展不確定度U=5.7 mg/kg,置信概率95%。結論該實驗的不確定度主要影響因素是麯線校準。

Objective The uncertainty of the determination of PAHs ( anthracene ) in rubber by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry were evaluated .The factors affecting the results were analyzed . Method The PAHs ( anthracene ) in rubber by gas chromatography -mass spectrometry were determined according to ZEK 01.4 -2008 testing and validation of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons ( PAH) in the course of GS -Mark Certification . The uncertainty of the results were evaluated and analyzed.The factors affecting the results were analyzed .The components are counted and combined . Result The expanded uncertainty is U=5.7 mg/kg, the confidence probability is 95%.Conclusion The factors affecting the results were mainly from calibration curve .
