机械式停车库,随着城市机动车的快速增长,因为其节省占地、充分利用空间、管理方便,开始进入被广泛接受,在很多大城市已经十分普遍。但对大多数设计者来说,机械式停车库还是比较陌生,缺乏设计依据的设计对象。作者通过近年从事相关建筑设计实践,收集整理相关的规范和设计依据,在介绍机械停车库定义、分类、特点的基础上,重点阐述了地下升降横移类机械停车库的建筑设计要点。

With the rapid growth of urban motor vehicles , the mechanical parking garage , because it can save the occupied land , make full use of space and facilitate management , has been widely accepted , which has be-come very common in many big cities.However, for most designers, mechanical parking garage still remains the unfamiliar design object because it is lack of design basis .Through related architectural design practices and col-lection on relevant specifications and design basis in recent years , and based on introducing definition , classifi-cation, characteristics of mechanical parking garage , the key points of architectural design for underground lift -sliding mechanical parking garage was focused on discussion .
