通过对烟化炉冷却水套损坏的原因分析并采取相应处理措施，经生产验证采用耐热耐蚀不锈钢和改进焊接方式等措施，能有效地提高冷却水套的使用周期。

On the basis of analysis on the damaged reasons for fuming furnace cooling jacket , the relevant treat-ment measures by using heat -and corrosion-resistant stainless steel and improving the welding way etc .were taken, through production testing and verifying , which can make the effective increase of cooling jacket service life.
