基于SolidWorks三维建模平台及Ansys-Workbench仿真计算平台,建立了计算电解槽集烟管均匀性的CFD仿真模型。对比现场测试数据,所建立的CFD模型能够较好地重现真实集烟管内部烟气流动情况,并作为优化集烟管的均匀性指标对中铝公司遵义分公司350 kA电解槽集烟管进行了优化改造。

The CFD simulation model for calculating the uniformity of fume collecting duct in an electrolytic cell was built based on the SolidWorks 3D modeling platform and Ansys -Workbench simulation platform .Compared with the test data at site , the flow of fume in the fume collecting duct can be preferably reproduced through the CFD model, which was used as the uniformity indicators for optimizing a fume collecting duct , thereby, the fume-collecting ducts of 350 kA cell in Zunyi Branch of CHALCO have been further optimized and modified .
