介绍了水溶性复肥因其速溶速效、节水省工、高效环保的优点,进行了采用硝酸钙与硫酸钾反应制取硝酸钾,加入磷酸用氨中和,再补充适量硝酸铵后制得均一养分的高深度水溶肥的实验。实验结果表明:该工艺小试条件下技术可行,生产出的19-18-19超高浓度硝基水溶性复合肥符合HG/T 4365-2012新标准。
介紹瞭水溶性複肥因其速溶速效、節水省工、高效環保的優點,進行瞭採用硝痠鈣與硫痠鉀反應製取硝痠鉀,加入燐痠用氨中和,再補充適量硝痠銨後製得均一養分的高深度水溶肥的實驗。實驗結果錶明:該工藝小試條件下技術可行,生產齣的19-18-19超高濃度硝基水溶性複閤肥符閤HG/T 4365-2012新標準。
개소료수용성복비인기속용속효、절수성공、고효배보적우점,진행료채용초산개여류산갑반응제취초산갑,가입린산용안중화,재보충괄량초산안후제득균일양분적고심도수용비적실험。실험결과표명:해공예소시조건하기술가행,생산출적19-18-19초고농도초기수용성복합비부합HG/T 4365-2012신표준。
Author has introducd the advantages of water soluable compound fertilizer with its rapid dissolution /effectiveness, water saving & time saving, high efficient environment protection , has made the experiment using the reaction of calcium nitrate with potassium sulphate to produce potasium nitrate,adding phosphoric acid and neutralizing by water, after then supplementing moderate ammonium nitrate to produce the water soluable fertilizer with high concentration of uniform nutrient.Experimental result indicates that the process is technically feasible in a small scale test , nitro water soluable com-pound fertilizer produced with 19-18-19 superhigh concentration meets new standard requirement of HG/T 4365-2012.
