目的：探讨骨股近端锁定髁骨板治疗成人股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法：2013年1月-12月收治股骨粗隆间骨折患者15例，进行股骨近端锁定髁骨板治疗。结果：平均随访11个月，骨折均顺利愈合，愈合平均时间8个月，关节功能良好。结论：股骨近端锁定髁骨板治疗成人股骨粗隆间骨折疗效满意，值得临床推广。
目的：探討骨股近耑鎖定髁骨闆治療成人股骨粗隆間骨摺的臨床療效。方法：2013年1月-12月收治股骨粗隆間骨摺患者15例，進行股骨近耑鎖定髁骨闆治療。結果：平均隨訪11箇月，骨摺均順利愈閤，愈閤平均時間8箇月，關節功能良好。結論：股骨近耑鎖定髁骨闆治療成人股骨粗隆間骨摺療效滿意，值得臨床推廣。
목적：탐토골고근단쇄정과골판치료성인고골조륭간골절적림상료효。방법：2013년1월-12월수치고골조륭간골절환자15례，진행고골근단쇄정과골판치료。결과：평균수방11개월，골절균순리유합，유합평균시간8개월，관절공능량호。결론：고골근단쇄정과골판치료성인고골조륭간골절료효만의，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of adult femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with Locking proximal femoral condyle plate.Methods:We selected 15 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients in January 2013 to December 2013. These patients were treated with the locking proximal femoral condyle plate.Results:A mean follow-up of 11 months,all fractures healed.The average healing time was 8 months,and joint function was good.Conclusion:The curative effect of adult femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with Locking proximal femoral condyle plate is significant,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
