监测、评价和改进卒中医疗服务质量已成为改善卒中患者医疗服务和预后的重要方式之一。医疗服务评估的基础分析框架为“结构-过程-结局”。本文就卒中医疗服务的“结构-过程-结局”评价的发展进行综述，以期阐述卒中在医疗服务质量评价领域的进展。

Stroke is one of the leading causes of death and the leading causes of adult disability worldwide, which brings the heavy burden throughout the world. Measure, evaluation and improvement of quality of stroke care have become one of important means of improving healthcare and outcome of patients with stroke. The basic framework of healthcare quality assessment is"structure-process-outcome". We make a review about the development of"structure-process-outcome"in quality of stroke care to evaluate the progression of the ifeld of evaluation, monitoring and improvement of quality of stroke care.
