以蒙古栎( Quercus mongolica)林、杂木林和胡桃楸( Juglans mandshurica)林3种天然次生林土壤为研究对象,通过对生长季节内土壤微生物生物量碳、氮质量分数以及土壤微生物呼吸速率的测定,探讨辽东山区土壤微生物生物量碳、氮质量分数的季节变化以及与土壤微生物呼吸间的关系。结果表明:次生林群落土壤微生物生物量碳、氮均具明显的季节变化,生长季内呈单峰曲线形状,于7、8月份达到最大值;生长季内,蒙古栎林微生物生物量碳质量分数最高,胡桃楸林微生物生物量最低,但二者间差异不显著。土壤微生物生物量氮质量分数大小顺序与微生物量碳一致,胡桃楸林土壤微生物生物量氮质量分数显著低于蒙古栎林和杂木林;3种次生林群落土壤微生物生物量碳、氮质量分数均与土壤微生物呼吸具有线性关系。
以矇古櫟( Quercus mongolica)林、雜木林和鬍桃楸( Juglans mandshurica)林3種天然次生林土壤為研究對象,通過對生長季節內土壤微生物生物量碳、氮質量分數以及土壤微生物呼吸速率的測定,探討遼東山區土壤微生物生物量碳、氮質量分數的季節變化以及與土壤微生物呼吸間的關繫。結果錶明:次生林群落土壤微生物生物量碳、氮均具明顯的季節變化,生長季內呈單峰麯線形狀,于7、8月份達到最大值;生長季內,矇古櫟林微生物生物量碳質量分數最高,鬍桃楸林微生物生物量最低,但二者間差異不顯著。土壤微生物生物量氮質量分數大小順序與微生物量碳一緻,鬍桃楸林土壤微生物生物量氮質量分數顯著低于矇古櫟林和雜木林;3種次生林群落土壤微生物生物量碳、氮質量分數均與土壤微生物呼吸具有線性關繫。

An experiment was conducted to study the seasonal variations of soil microbial biomass C and N, and its influence on soil microbial respiration in three major forest types ( Mongolian oak forest, broad-leaved mixed forest and Juglans mand-shurica forest) in the mountainous regions of eastern Liaoning Province.During the growing season, soil microbial biomass C and N in three forest types have obvious seasonal variation with a single peak curve shape, and reached the maximum in July or August.The seasonal variations of the contents of soil microbial biomass C and N in the secondary forest communi-ties were similar.Soil microbial biomass C and N contents in Mongolian oak forest were the highest and the lowest in Jug-lans mandshurica forest .The differences of soil microbial biomass C between three forests were not significant .Soil micro-bial biomass N content in Juglans mandshurica forest was significantly lower than that in Mongolian oak forest and mixed forest.Soil microbial biomass carbon, nitrogen and soil microbial respiration in three kinds of secondary forest community had linear relationship.
