目的：探讨预见性护理干预对三伏天灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的影响情况。方法分析收治的120例三伏天灸过敏性鼻炎患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行临床分组,对照组(基础性护理措施)60例和预见性护理组(预见性护理措施)60例。结果预见性护理组过敏性鼻炎患者鼻分泌物涂片嗜酸粒细胞阳性和皮肤发热起效时间、出现红斑时间均优于对照组, P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论预见性护理干预在三伏天灸治疗过敏性鼻炎患者应用后可以明显的改善患者的临床症状,提高临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore influence of foreseeable nursing intervention for moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods Analysis of 120 patients clinical data of patients with allergic rhinitis by moxibustion, control group (basic nursing measures) in 60 cases and preventive nursing group (predictive nursing measures of 60 cases). Results The Nasal smear eosinophilia onset time, fever, positive and skin erythema time of preventive nursing group were better than control group, P<0.05,the difference was statistical significance. Conclusion The clinlcal symptom of moxibustion in the treatment of allergic rhinitis by foreseeable nursing intervention is improved, the clinical result increased, it is worthy of clinical promotion.
