目的：探讨早发型重度子痫前期临床特点及治疗方法，提高临床治疗水平。方法选取本院2012年1月~2013年12月收治的52例早发型重度子痫患者为研究对象，回顾性分析其临床特点及针对性的治疗方法。结果经相应治疗后患者孕龄平均延长(8.5±3.5)d。52例患者中治疗效果不佳8例，其中血压控制不当2例，胎盘早剥者2例，低蛋白血症严重者4例。终止妊娠及时者7例。结论了解早发型重度子痫前期临床特点，采取相应的诊疗方法，及时终止妊娠，能有效的减少妊娠高血压等并发症。
목적：탐토조발형중도자간전기림상특점급치료방법，제고림상치료수평。방법선취본원2012년1월~2013년12월수치적52례조발형중도자간환자위연구대상，회고성분석기림상특점급침대성적치료방법。결과경상응치료후환자잉령평균연장(8.5±3.5)d。52례환자중치료효과불가8례，기중혈압공제불당2례，태반조박자2례，저단백혈증엄중자4례。종지임신급시자7례。결론료해조발형중도자간전기림상특점，채취상응적진료방법，급시종지임신，능유효적감소임신고혈압등병발증。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics and treatment methods of early onset of severe preeclampsia to improve the level of clinical treatment. Methods 52 cases of early onset severe preeclampsia patients in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013 as the research object, a retrospective analysis of the clinical characteristics and targeted therapies. Results After treatment, patients with gestational age extended by an average of (8.5±3.5)days. In 52 cases, poor treatment results in 8 cases, including inadequate control of blood pressure in 2 cases, 2 cases of placental abruption, 4 cases with hypoproteinemia severe. 7 cases of termination of pregnancy in time. Conclusion The understanding of early onset severe preeclampsia clinical characteristics, diagnosis and treatment methods adopted relevant, timely termination of pregnancy, can effectively reduce the hypertension of pregnancy complications.
