目的：分析高龄胆总管结石患者经内镜逆行胰胆管造影取石术的临床效果及安全性。方法选取本院2010年8月~2011年11月收治的34例高龄胆总管结石患者,给予患者内镜逆行胰胆管造影取石术治疗,观察患者临床疗效,分析其安全性。结果34例患者通过内镜逆行胰胆管造影取石术,均获取成功。34例患者取石成功率为91.2%；其中一次取石成功率为82.4%；术后2例患者局部渗血,1例患者尿淀粉酶一过性升高,1例患者经对症治疗痊愈；通过1年随访,3例患者结石复发,2例患者放置塑料支架,结石体积缩小,经内镜逆行胰胆管造影取石术取出。结论内镜逆行胰胆管造影取石术治疗胆总管结石起到显著疗效,具有较高安全性,尤其是高龄患者,保证了患者身心健康。
목적：분석고령담총관결석환자경내경역행이담관조영취석술적림상효과급안전성。방법선취본원2010년8월~2011년11월수치적34례고령담총관결석환자,급여환자내경역행이담관조영취석술치료,관찰환자림상료효,분석기안전성。결과34례환자통과내경역행이담관조영취석술,균획취성공。34례환자취석성공솔위91.2%；기중일차취석성공솔위82.4%；술후2례환자국부삼혈,1례환자뇨정분매일과성승고,1례환자경대증치료전유；통과1년수방,3례환자결석복발,2례환자방치소료지가,결석체적축소,경내경역행이담관조영취석술취출。결론내경역행이담관조영취석술치료담총관결석기도현저료효,구유교고안전성,우기시고령환자,보증료환자신심건강。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of stone surgeryendoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography for common bile duct stones in elderly patients. Methods 34 patients with common bile duct stones in elderly patients in our hospital from August 2010 to November 2011 were given to patients, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography lithotomy treatment, clinical observation of patients, the security analysis. Results 34 patients byendoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography lithotomy, mean success. In 34 patients with success rate of stone removal was 91.2%;one time success rate of stone removal was 82.4%;after 2 cases of patients with local bleeding, 1 cases of patients with urinary amylase a transient increase, 1 patient were cured by symptomatic treatment;through 1 years of follow-up, 3 cases with recurrence, 2 cases were placed plastic bracket calculus, volume reduction, endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography stone removal. Conclusion Endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography lithotomy for common bile duct stones has significant curative effect, higher safety, especially in elderly patients,to ensure their physical and mental health.
